Shipping destinations and origin
We currently ship to the United States only. Orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment partner in China. Shipping availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.

Processing and delivery times
Order processing and transit are separate stages. Timing varies by the selected color, quantity, stock availability, shipping route and US destination. Please contact us at zhangpeng682@sina.com before ordering for an estimate for your selection. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Shipping charges
Standard US shipping is US $9.59 per order. Availability and the final shipping charge for your address are displayed at checkout before payment. This is not a worldwide shipping offer.

Tracking your order
Tracking information will be provided when it becomes available after dispatch. Carrier updates may take time to appear. If you need help tracking your order, contact us with your order number.

Delayed or missing shipments
If your order has not arrived by the estimate provided for your order, or tracking indicates a delivery problem, contact us at zhangpeng682@sina.com. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and carrier and explain the next steps. Please do not place a replacement order before contacting us.
