Will it fit my car?
Fit varies by vehicle. Compare the supplier-listed dimensions on the product page with your seat and console gap before ordering. It must not obstruct seat belts, seat movement or vehicle controls. Contact us if you are unsure.
How do I install it?
With the vehicle parked, place the organizer in a compatible seat-to-console gap without forcing it. Check that it is stable and does not obstruct the seat belt, seat adjustment or controls. Remove it if it interferes with safe use.
What is it made of?
The supplier lists a PU leather exterior. Gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth and allow to dry. It is not advertised as waterproof.
What can it hold?
Small essentials such as keys, cards or a phone, depending on their size and the space available after installation. Bottle capacity is not verified. Arrange or retrieve items only while safely parked.
How long does delivery take?

We currently ship to the United States only. Orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment partner in China. Shipping availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.
Can I return an item because I changed my mind?

What if my order is damaged, wrong or incomplete?
Please contact zhangpeng682@sina.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging. We may request additional information or a video where reasonably necessary.
We will review the issue and explain the available remedy, which may include a replacement, replacement parts, or a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law. Any partial refund offered as a resolution will be explained and agreed with you.
The 30-day reporting window does not limit your statutory rights.
Should I send the item back?
Please contact us before returning an item. If a return is required, we will provide the return address, instructions and details of any shipping costs before you send it.
Do not send items to the address on the parcel or directly to our supplier without our instructions. For verified defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items, we will provide a return method at our expense if a return is necessary. We do not operate a US returns warehouse.
My order was placed earlier — am I affected?
Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law. Earlier orders retain any more favorable commitments that applied when they were placed.
